I would NOT change some things about the wallet.
Magi has some features other wallets don't have:

Six (6) recent transactions is very nice.
The total balance line is good to have.
The staking info with approximate time to stake.

Also, I would never change the name or coin image
or colors.

It looks like maybe the numbers and letters could be
made just a little bit larger.  The left side could be
stretched down some, or have something added below it,
like a coin image or graph.  And a USD price conversion
would be awesome!

Surely the USD price conversion from within the wallet would be pretty convenient to keep track your profits in fiat for XMG. Also, it would be pretty cool if you could buy XMG right from the wallet without the need for an exchange. This would be similar to Shapeshift, but with the ability to exchange BTC to XMG instantly right from the wallet itself. Just sharing my ideas...

Some do have; however imho going this way would be an off-topic for magi at least at this moment. Giving USD price can be a go.

another improvement i suggest for the unique XMG POS mechanics

is that the chance to mint not go to zero with higher age but stay at a minimum

just the amount of POS rewards remove to zero

this way someone who had his wallet closed for a month

will stake a round for zero rewards and then continue earning POS income

again a step more into direction zero user micromanagement needed for enjoy POS


the goal for XMG must be clear

be a paradise for small hashrate CPU miners

and POS minters

i dont even understand why large hashrate miners waste their power here when they can for example mine the Nexus Niro CPU channel

thats why i still believe the high hashrate miners are in fact private GPU miners

and this guaranteed insta-selling miners are the only reason why XMG never managed to take off

even with high active great community

maybe joe should consider adapt the cpu mining algo in a way that all the secret GPU miners wont work

and announce to repeat that every few months

then i guess noo ne will care fix the broken private gpu miners

We will see what kind of update Joelao95 will make to Magi. Maybe the updates will go step by step as a good sign dev is active and working on improvements.

Most people will not want to bother with merging
their coins manually.  But to me, it is part of the fun,

once u run 20 different POS coins
i can guarantee the "fun" is pretty limited......

the only reason to like its complicated is because it remove
lazy guys from POS

but at a coin where POS  rewards not static
the only gain by have less people staking is less POS based inflation

and here XMG sure need to look at POW much more than POS

once you run 20 POS coins you want inflation to fill your pockets.
if you want 20 copy-paste coins why don't you do it on your own?!

i dont sell POS income that would reduce my share of total coins

but if a coin not manage to get their wallet into a state where POS runs without constant user interaction required

name and coin image, to start with.  This is important!

The wallet looks great and works great.  I earned lots

Great words mate! Magi is truly one of a kind. Its community is strong and grows everyday. I cannot expect more from Coin Magi itself. It has managed to become a popular alt coin, and most of all it implements a unique mining algorithm in which the higher the hashrate, the lower the reward! I can't wait for the newest XMG wallet to be released.

Great words mate! Magi is truly one of a kind. Its community is strong and grows everyday. I cannot expect more from Coin Magi itself. I'm not sure it (would) worth to mine with GPU since the higher is the hash rate, much lower is the reward.

Great! Now I will be able to mine some XMG while I'm at college with my smartphone. I will try this and let you know if I experience issues. One thing that I have been looking forward to is the ability to stake XMG within your Android device, but I guess that this should take some time before it could be accomplished. Definitely a good time to buy more cheap Magi.
