Has to do with different gouvernments and new or different rules towards digital currencies.
Also read something about a hack on Stellarcoins (blackwallet)
So lots of reasons why crypto & btc dropped today.

ESET NOD32 just triggered the 64-bit version of "m-wallet.exe" in 1.4.5.3 as having a "generik.CYLUHKY trojan". I can still run the wallet from the command line with "magid.exe" binary.
The 32-bit version of "m-wallet.exe" doesn't trigger NOD32.
Thoughts?

AV's tend to give false positive infos sometimes. eset flagged the file because it can have trojan-like features or behavior. Go to http://nodistribute.com/ scan your exe and see what other AV's will say Additionally you can use sandboxie and proccess explorer to see if the exe file triggers additional files when it's opened. ESET NOD32 just triggered the 64-bit version of "m-wallet.exe" in 1.4.5.3 as having a "generik.CYLUHKY trojan". I can still run the wallet from the command line with "magid.exe" binary.

will the pow rewards ever be adjusted for the network weight now, or is this going to be the block reward structure from now on? i only ask because across all cpu coins the hash rate has increased a fair amount over the last few months, it isnt just xmg that is suffering with a lot of high hash power miners and i dont think the network amount is going to drop anytime soon, will the reward structure get changed or will it be left on low rewards as long as the network weight stays that high?

Magi faces the same issue & don't understand why they don't respond on the multiple request. Might be good if more people send in support tickets to inform Cryptopia about the latest wallet versions. |
