Seems like a bit of work. Presumably they will be making a mtgox account eventually, just send a satoshi to one of the deposit addresses and then that will be your firstbits, yes? |

Another idea:
1. Girl must make a photo and uploads it to the website.
2. Website hashes it. Takes md5 as seed to generate address.
3. Watermarks photo with word "Bitcoin"
4. Watermarks address
5. Watermarks website url.
I think #4 is optional
When girl wants to withdraw she must re-upload photo (or password or sms or email provided during upload(optional) )
Photo holder is holding original ( photo size will be 100% different from one on the internet) and ONLY him can withdraw.
So in case of photos from the internet everybody can re-upload and withdraw BTC.
Am I genius? Yes I am!

Of course I like it better, even more - I like them to tattoo it on their asses! but it ain't happening in the beginning. Only after website will have traction and there will be TOO many ( yes please ) girls doing regular submissions, only then girls will want themselves to differentiate and here we come... on-body, on-boobs, on-ass etc... Ok, I had a talk with one girl at work and I have 2 pieces of news:
Good one - girl makes photo session (several pictures) and when guy donated/paid for the teaser he will be able to see the rest of it. It's really good input - it will increase conversion for donations
Bad one - underage.... we can be charged with child pornography like piece of cake. There is no such mechanism to detect is it "barely legal" or "underage kid". and I don't want ask her ID when she is uploading pictures.
Do we have lawyers here??? how to fix this problem?

If someone uploads CP to reddit, mods have to report it, kill it with fire. Immediately. Hopefully they have the ability to clean up their system. Other than that, the uploader is the one facing liability. As a service provider, the mods and reddit are not liable as long as they remediate and report the problem. tuxavant: thanks for action! 1st - I'm not talking about Reddit now... I'm talking about separate website dedicated for this. 2nd - there is some domain name with children under 15 years old having sex and you are domain holder... Do you think authorities will want to hear your stories who is responsible for what? I just don't know how it works out there. |

Authorities will get an address wrong, breakdown your door and kill you and your dog for farting wrong and get a paid vacation for it. You don't need anything related to CP happen for your life to be ruined.
Our federal law is that service providers are not responsible for the actions of their subscribers. Whether or not it will get you killed by an itchy fingered cop or not, who knows.
