I think this exchange is dead. Apart from the fact that they are tweeting continuously about the market prices there is nothing happening there.

I deposited some thousands of DOGEcoin to my account but it has never arrived and of course the support hasn't reacted to my mail...

After some days my DOGE coins have arrived but then I sold them for Bitcoin, initiated a withdrawal but it's still pending for at least 3 days. I grabbed my "pen" and wrote another message to the support but of course there is no response and no change in the situation. I will come back with a new post if I get my coins finally. We eventually got a response from askcoin requesting the updated source code for our wallet but it took a long time and a lot of messaging to get that response.I hope they carry out the update because they are still on the old chain.

More than 2 weeks later I received the bitcoins I wanted to withdraw. So I don't know what was the reason for the delay but they work quite slow.

I've made both a mue and virtacoin deposit to your exchange. 1000 mue and over 60000000 vta, and neither have credited. please can you investigate this as a matter of priority as this is a lot of money to be put in limbo.

Has XBC wallet been updated to latest version yet?I tried sending some across to the exchange but they havent got to askcoin address and are not on the blockchain either so it looks like you are still using old version?

Sucks exchange, you guys should tell to your customer whether is over or not your exchange, this is actually SCAM EXCHANGE, I suggest you to not send your coins over here or you'll never see your coins ANYMORE..
