Yes the coin Max supply was designed to be 1 million, in reality there will be less. Fibre was at the start Proof of Work + Proof of Stake hybrid, so that means that PoW and PoS block were being created at the same time. So at the end of POW we ended with about 620k coins.

Now POS 5% interest per year
