Wow, that is... fairly disturbing. The dog's b-hole seems to be in his left butt cheek, as opposed to the usual center location just beneath the tail. Unless if that's just some gnarly mole with big hairs sticking out of it as opposed to lines representing the flow of stinky air. Regardless, thank you for your attempt.

The ShitcoinDAO Official Charter:


- The ShitcoinDAO, an autonomous collective, aims to increase the value of SHITCOIN for its holders while promoting general growth of the SHITCOIN ecosystem. The DAO will draw upon inspiration from its members to achieve this objective via enacting member-generated proposals. Such proposals may relate to governance, Discord changes, resource allocation (treasury budget of 1M SHITCOIN), distribution efforts via airdrops or incentive programs, and community engagement.

- Only those verified as holding 100,000 or more SHITCOIN in a single address may participate in the DAO. If the amount of SHITCOIN in a DAO member’s corresponding address falls below 100k, they may be expelled from the DAO. The only other way to be expelled from the DAO is if for some reason you’re a massive dick (act of expulsion to be voted upon by the Council, of course).

- Those who are elected to Council of Director or Sargent at Arms positions will receive monthly compensation in the form of SHITCOIN (20k SHITCOIN per month).

- All DAO-related proceedings will be held within the invite-only ShitcoinDAO channel of the Dogermint Discord group (by invite only).

- All DAO members will have the chance to earn SHITCOIN by participating in various bounties, contests & opportunities. Members will also be invited to participate in giveaways of not just Dogermint tokens but a whole wealth of historical & new Dogeparty goodness.

- As one of the world’s oldest shit tokens (and the first one named "SHITCOIN"), we strive to bring awareness to the blockchain historicals movement, to help the modern crypto crowd understand and appreciate vintage assets / Historical NFTs, and to put SHITCOIN in its rightful place as the most recognized / well-esteemed shit token the universe has ever seen.


Obligations of the Founder:

- To stay alive & keep the Dogermint Discord & ShitcoinDAO running 24/7, until I’m dead or I’m the only one left.

- To pledge not to personally open any more SHITCOIN dispensers after our first & main dispenser sells out (the idea is to let the value of SHITCOIN appreciate naturally after this point).

- To enact & uphold without prejudice any changes to the rules, DAO structure, rewards, etc. as voted upon by the Council of Directors.

- To maintain a treasury budget (in the form of SHITCOIN) to pay Directors & Sargeant at Arms for a period of at least 1 year.

- To create a fair, fun, & balanced environment where all members are encouraged to participate, voice their concerns & engage in constructive dialogue with all other members of the DAO.


ShitcoinDAO Ethos & Member Conduct:

- First and most importantly, thou shalt not be a dick. There’s no reason for it. We’re all here to have a good time and hopefully watch the price of SHITCOIN fly through Uranus. Remember that it’s called SHITCOIN. Yes, we want to take it seriously like we want to take Dogecoin seriously, but the truth is DOGE was invented as a joke and SHITCOIN was invented as a joke on a joke. So, just bear in mind this caveat before getting too angsty, and remember this is a long-term game we’re playing.

- Outside of rule #1, when talking about SHITCOIN, you can basically do no wrong! Do anything you want when interacting in Discord, please add your creative media files or music to Discord, help get the word out about SHITCOIN any way you want… However you want to contribute, its up to you. ANYTHING! (OK, almost anything… no nudity, politics or religions pls). You can say all kinds of weird stuff and most rational people will assume, “well, that’s SHITCOIN for ya.”

- What else… Just be cool. Kind of ties in with the whole “don’t be a dick” rule, but I’ll tell ya, after running the Dogermint Telegram group for 2+ years, I really appreciate the random moments of humor, the compliments, the sharing of cards/tokens, and the general team spirit that we are all in this together. We are all aspiring toward the same goals here, so let’s work together. If you forgot, the two goals are: get SHITCOIN off the floor price for good + have fun.

1. Don’t be a dick. Its fine if you say crazy ass shit about SHITCOIN on Twitter or elsewhere, but just be nice to fellow DAO members. They all deserve it, and we all have the same goals here.

The DAO has now launched. We have 10 verified members thus far out of 38 invitations sent to qualifying holders. Ideally I'd like to have 20 members before we begin the voting part, but we may just have to settle for 15. That is still more than half of the qualifying holders, so therefore that must mean something positive in DAO terms.
