I had a representative from the Mastercoin team contact them, and it is just a matter of them coordinating with their scheduled coin releases.  Mastercoin is already on Bter, so adding Prozcoin is just a matter of time.  We have 0 control over any exchange and their attention to their queues.

The Mastercore Beta has been released officially, and has been extremely stable:
