I took 1 BTC back eventually, but it's hard with such a low maximum profit per roll.

Well don't rub it in! Smiley

Is there any giveaway or some free cash to try out your site ? There might be some bugs hidden on your site to be found, you need testers to play it for free and to prove that you really pay

haha should still usually the initial launch there is always a giveaway Smiley

The user in question was AKCoinMiner, who lost it all on other sites and asked us to IP ban him in the future, so that's done.

He had quite a good run leading up to that, and seems like a genuinely nice guy, so I hope he's okay.

Hey guys,

So we're working on our auto-betting interface right now as well as the previous transactions viewer, and they're shaping up nicely, and while dmf finishes those up (dmf is our java script specialist, and I do the backend) I'm starting to look at the next feature to add, so I thought I'd take a quick straw poll here and just ask what people find the most interesting. Our time is limited, so I'm really hoping to get some good feed back from you guys, and the more we get positive feed back, the more energized me and dmf will be to actually implement some of this stuff.
Here's a list of features we've been looking at adding:

  • More Games (i.e. player vs. player, pachinko, joust)
Our back end is set up to support multiple different betting methods, and even completely different games, some of these (pachinko) are already basically ready to go, and just require some interest from the community.
  • Auto-betting scripts/botting
Improve our scripting interface for auto-betting and botting allows you to create very complex betting scripts and (potentially) entirely new user created games and features (similar to our user created faucet).
We'd have quite a bit of work to do to get everything together for this one to get it to work right, and getting it 100% secure is gonna be a trick, but if people want it, we'll start putting it together.
  • Pay banns
Similar to some exchanges chat features.
Allow players to pay to silence other players in the chat, with all proceeds going to investors as profit.
  • Coin-voting
I really like this idea, but it's been relatively controversial in our discussions.
Basically allow players and investors to vote/pay to get us to add new coins, with additional voting power given to players/investors with large investment/wagered sums.
Consider some of the bounties coins offer games, the amount people spend on pd clones, or the advertising we could receive having alt coins list us as a game, I think this could really pay off.
Since this would require some extra effort on our part, we'd probably split the income somewhere between 50/50-30/70 between us and investors, respectively.
This would also be a service only we offer, at least as things stand right now.
  • More sophisticated transactions
Pick your tx fee, and allow for sends to multiple addresses.
We're spiffing up the transaction viewer now anyway, so this would be an entirely new feature.
  • Bet explorer
This is something I've needed to do since jpcdice and haven't really had the time.
Basically allow players to search through past bets and probably add a little graph to show how those bet's add up over time.
This is a feature I'm gonna have to add sooner or later, but some positive feedback would jump it to the top of the todo list.
  • Achievements/levels
pd3 added this, and while I kinda find it a little hokey (no offence, stunna) it's definitely popular.
I do want a way to reward our more dedicated investors/players though and this is one of the best ideas I've heard to do that, but I'm open to suggestions.
  • Improved mobile interface
So this one would be basically entirely on dmf, as I'm quite shit when it comes to java script.
We don't interact with the site much through mobile, so we kinda don't know how well it's working.
But if it's needed we'll be happy to spiff up the experience for our mobile users.
  • More statistics
I love graphs, no you don't understand, I fucking LOVE graphs.
We'll spend some more time giving you detailed profit over time/bets reports, there's really no limit to the number of ways to do this.
                   Seriously though: Graphs as fuck.
  • Moderators
Give our more trusted players some moderation powers in the chat.
This is basically ready to go, I just need to finish testing it to make sure it doesn't open any vulnerabilities, which is gonna take some time, but it should be relatively easy to finish.
  • Give me some ideas!
Most of these ideas are from me and dmf, and I know there's some pretty smart/creative people here, so give us some ideas!
You guys have had time to play around with the interface now, so let us know what you love/hate about playing on dice.ninja.
  • Moar Statsticks!
This one is the same as the statistics idea above, I listed it twice because, and I don't know if I mentioned this, but: I FUKING LHOV GRAFS.

From what I read in the PD thread, AKCoinMiner's stat was +20 btc 2 days ago (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=208986.msg8553244#msg8553244) and it becomes -113 btc (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=208986.msg8554502#msg8554502).

So he has lost something like 133 btc on PD...

i would say leaderboards for players and investors.

also i would say have the bot give out 0.00000600 every hour to players. and once every 2 hours 1 player with get 0.00001500 to play with

you figure all the BTC you would give out 90% goes back in from playing. i think we have to figure a way to get some players there and get feedback from them

Achievements/levels if you do this rank levels by ninja ranks. my ninja rank is a secret, i could tell you but then i would have .... you know

i will come up with some more ideas tomorrow.

maybe add some graphs Kiss

That's a good cheap improvement. I noticed myself the balance is too small.

I glanced over the thread and don't see the following problem mentioned so not sure if there's some kind of issue with my account or a bug in the site:

I deposited 10 LTC (don't laugh) but when I switch to LTC display at the top right it still says "BTC" all over the place even though the amounts shown are LTC. Seriously confusing. Example:

There are 3 background colors for the bets. I understand red stands for losing bets and green stands for winning bets, but what does black stand for?
