So what's the consensus? Do we have a runner or just a series of unfortunate events?

Everything indicates running atm.

I'm posting details on the review site as I get them.

How long has DN been down for?

A few hours at least.

So here are the red flags so far:

  • Coins were moved out of the vanity cold wallet address and we don't know the new address(es)
  • All this is happening when the invested amount was at its highest levels to date
  • All three related sites disappeared at the same time at the DNS level
  • Gmail account has been deleted as noted by NLNico
  • dmf and toad are nowhere to be found

What are the not-so-red flags? I can't come up with anything comforting ATM.

Edit: the best I can think of is that Amazon yanked the sites and dmf/toad have full backups ready to be deployed as soon as they wake up in their time zone.

Then we only have to wait a few hours to find out, unless they are out for the weekend.

Seems to be removed? Was still online few days ago.

I am afraid that removing the twitter and email accounts really looks like they are gone.

The only hope would be if they used the same password on amazon/twitter/gmail and a hacker removed the stuff. But I am afraid these odds are relatively small.

If this keeps on going people would fed up in gambling sites that has investment feature and now new dice sites would be hard up in building their own reputations..

pretty unlikely a hacker takes the time to frame the owners, unless he's just that paranoid.

its unlikely to be a hack, the odds of these things happening in the same day is really low. the fact that the coins were moved is a RED FLAG that they might run

That would be dumb, if done honestly. I mean, if they were that dumb. Most anyone here who intends to run a dice site or similar should know by now that you don't use the same password on different services.

So that little "Hope" you have is hopeless.

They are really gone, unless they post something here soon.

I wonder why they would remove these accounts. Was there anything personally-identifiable in the twitter feeds?

Sure looks like they made a run. Another day another scam. So sad!

I think Monero (XMR) is very interesting.

Maybe it's time to stop trusting these newer dice sites? After DiceBitco.in, you would think people would be more careful.

Watch another one pop up in a couple of weeks and everyone invest once again and get burned.

Just-Dice is gone, I really doubt we are going to see another trusted dice site that allows you to invest. Stick with primedice if you're gambling, they've been around for quite some time now and haven't had any major problems.

Wow, I never even went to dice.ninja to either play or invest, but it's not looking good with the pulled twitter & email accounts at all. And the Cold Storage being drained... Yikes. I just really can't believe it if this is happening Again- The owners taking off with invested BTC! I guess the moral of the story is to just not try recreating just-dice in an untrusted environment at all.

EDIT- I'm thinking possibly Amazon hosting took down a couple BTC related gambling sites (like MoneyPot), and then the owners of Dice.Ninja either had their site taken down and decided to run with it, or possibly weren't even affected by Amazon at all, and just decided to use that as cover for an early start on the running.

Note that my opinion is most likely irrelevant here as this is one I haven't been following At All.
