I think you're dreaming, you're not getting your coins back that way. Even if you find him for sure, are you gonna be the idiot who's going to risk prison over trying to beat your coins out of him, or threatening him? Your only possible recourse is to see him charged criminally, and any shot at getting anything back is going to hinge on a settlement he strikes with authorities to refund money to folks.

I don't like so much your website, it is so poor about the graphic contents. Increase it and (IMHO) there will be more people in your casinò.

Dooglus posted this in this thread or another DN thread back when things were still good, but it finally confirms what I thought from my days on jpcdice: We are looking for 2 people, not just 1. (Seemed like some of you were promoting the idea it was just one guy's master plan) https://i.imgur.com/gG2k7tG.pngIt could be very well be the same guy commenting through 2 accounts, using 2 browsers. Its more important to be able to find 1 guy , which will automatically lead to the other. ^that's exactly what "Eric" and "Ryan" is attempting over on www.moneypot.com it's sickening once you figure out what is going on ...i'm going to find out everyone who is involved here if it take me years i'll never stop until i find out what happened and who did it .. i'll go on foot anywhere on the planet... i have lots of friends too who's with me? *pitchforks and torches*

Isn't that "proof" that it's 1 person? :/
admin: show your work sam: you show yours admin: fair enough, give me a second ..
T04D and DMF are the 2 that ran it and they were talking at the same time in a natural conversation where nobody suspected them of anything and the guy was just asking how the pachinko game worked. It wasn't an accusation or anything, he was just trying to work out the math and they were joking about showing the work. These sort of conversations happened all the time on jpcdice for a month(or two?) before the others were even up, and back then I don't think they had decided to do what they ended up doing. I didn't think to grab any screenshots at the time, but I'll have to start capturing video or something whenever I'm on dice sites in the future. I'm pretty confident there were 2, but there's always a chance it was orchestrated from the start. I do know that there were times when the hotwallet needed to be refilled and t04d wasn't able to transfer from the cold wallet. Sometimes we had to wait hours or the next day for dmf to do it. I had quit my job around the time JPCdice was being used daily by some whales throwing tons of money at it, and I had it open on my 3rd monitor and watched it most days of the week. I didn't see anything that struck me as odd and there never seemed to be any fluctuation in personality or typing the wrong name by mistake when referring to each other. We can assume a lot of wild stories, but for now I'm pretty convinced there is a team behind it. AK does like to use tons of different screen names though yes i just caught him shilling(creating fake volume) using my likeness on tothemoon.is ! mehhh~lazy scammers + it turns out there was a similar clone version of moneypot was running on the dice.ninja server so go figure!!! :\\\\

I believe omahapoker is right on this one. As you explained yourself earlier, from dmf's point of view, getting the law involved himself would be rather stupid, cause he faces the more serious charges. Plus getting him criminally charged wont get any investments back either. So having a nice chat with him when he's found, that will be the best bet to get coins back. And since he's in the U.S. that can be arranged. (as for: long gone. Forget all those movies about that. Most people dont just pack up and go, they have family, girlfriend, wife and other friends they dont want to leave. He's still around most likely).

OH. And I forgot this- AK got doxxed in the DiceBitco.in thread before Dice.Ninja ran with the bankroll. Now to me it doesn't seem likely that some million dollar theft would be pulled days after somebody is publicly doxxed. And he is using his real name for his BTCtalk account, Joe Mattie. Sure, he could have had secret other accounts, but to me it just seems like somebody who is a known whale who gambles 1000s of coins publicly, wouldn't be posting as his real name if they were coins stolen from another site's bankroll that he was publicly whaling with.
EDIT: We all trust dooglus, myself included, but in the end he is still anonymous. Espringe is supposedly someone named E.S. (name withheld out of respect, even if publicly available), but that could easily be doog + espringe. I mean really, who the hell knows? Apparently I need to bust out the tinfoil hat everytime I come to the gambling section here nowadays. I think I am just going to sit back, wait for more definitive proof, not personally accuse anybody of anything, and just sit back and try to see who is lobbing the accusations and/or pointing the finger away from themselves the most. That might be telling in itself.
EDIT 2: Reading through this^ again it sounded like I was/am suspicious of dooglus & espringe. Just to clarify- that is not the case at all, but I was using it as an example of how some things can be vastly different than they appear.
thank you for this ^ these three need to learn a powerful lesson! :-)

Yeah, thats definitely not going to work, unless you want to involve yourself in the legal cases and get to jail. Even if you guys figure out who he really is, Its going to be hard to even get your coins back, specially with hardly any proof except for the blockchain that you invested. And there is no proof that guy actually owned the website.

You really think he'll get authorities involved after scamming and running with assets worth hundreds of thousands of dollars?
