I'm chalking out a plan to develop a Crypto-Currency Market Capitalizations website and hence looking for a Developer with Design skills on profit sharing basis. It'll be similar to CoinMarketCap, but NOT a clone. Following are the details...


What I'll provide U...

1. Domain Name

2. Web Hosting

3. Advertisement

4. SEO support


What I need from U...

1. Knowledge in PHP, MySQL (for Middleware & Backend)

2. Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JSON, AJAX (for UI & API interaction)

3. Regular time to add new alt coins and exchanges

4. Awareness about the latest happenings in the Alt Coin world.

Profit sharing will be 60:40 at least, i.e. 60% U and 40% me. Your % may rise, but wont fall.

I don't really get what justifies your 40%
What work did/will you do?

I think nobody will want to work with you. Why anyone would give you 40% of  the profit if he is gonna do all the work?

Some people do it i mean if it only cost someone nothing to start then ehh id do it my self but with out a traffic push or some sort of seo plan not worth it at all. Advertising new services is everything.

Post your experience within SEO, and you might have a shot.

Post any previous websites you have marketed or built up. Right now you are asking for someone to potentially work for free for nothing in return if your SEO skills are not up to par.

Even if you are doing the SEO, You may need to offer more. Be more specific on the funding and initial investment you wish to put into this company. Just providing your SEO skills with nothing else besides buying a few $20/m services shouldn't value yourself at 40% equity/ownership.

First of all SEO is NOT the only thing I'm going to provide. I'm also going to provide revenue source, i.e. ads. Moreover, as of yet, I have NOT seen skill set of any developer who is willing to work on % basis. Everyone is PMing me for fixed rate, but it is a project that requires continuous update as Alts will come in & go. So, unless I see the work of any developer, who is interested in % sharing, I dont need to post my SEO or as such marketing capability for a public scrutiny.
