So when the CCex launches the IPO, then we are in the second phase until the launch day, and they will be 0.00001300 each until that time. The first phase ends whenever CCex goes live with the IPO, which we don;t know when that will be... correct?

Let's say C-CEX launches our ICO now. We have sold 890,564 XBM in total, from phase 1.
Remaining coins from phase 1 will be transferred to C-CEX. Coins from phase 2 will be transferred there as well.

I will hold coins from phase 1 ( sold ones ) and share them between their rightful owners.
Or, I could hire a escrow so he gives them. Whatever you guys want.

1) Yes,
2) No, it's not. Coins from first phase will need to get sold on C-CEX, so we move to phase 2.
3) Yes, you can invest more in phase 1.
4) There's no deadline. If coins from phase 1 don't get sold, I'm launching it with the coins which have been sold so far. All other remaining coins will be sent to a burn address.
5) Yes, you can. Minimum is 0.05 and maximum is 5.
