how many blocktime and blocksize?

Block Time: 2 minutes.
Block Size:  MAX_BLOCK_SIZE = 1000000 <---- straight from the code.
The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I was trying to do a bit of research on FlutterCoin and the first thing I found was this ANN:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=509499.0

It has a lot of misinformation related to FLT. Can it be removed?

I finally found this ANN through CoinMarketCap along with all the up to date and relevant information. The other thread could be a turn off for any "would-be" investors.

what is that coinhive  Undecided just crush my little computer  Cry

Sorry, much need to keep those script kiddies from gaming the faucet any further.

So an explanation as to why I choose this route is probably in order.
For those of you who don't know what coinhive is, it is a browser based XMR mining company.  The software they developed to do this has become very popular with bad bad people. It maybe seen or you may have heard of it has JS/Miner.  But after several months of testing this company's info. I can indeed say it is safe to use.  The javascript does indeed allow you to control its behavior 100%.  I have also tested to see if it remained resident in my test systems. It does not.  Soon as you closer your browser or even move to another tab the software stops.

After that brief little explanation of what the coinhive proof of work is, here is what I plan to do with any if at all funds generated by this method.
All XMR will be traded for fluttercoins at a split of 20% back to faucet and 80% to dev fund of the developers choice.

As of know, the current proof of work required to do is 2048 hashes.

But as I stated in another post.  The faucet, as long it is working as intended and not being gamed, is low on my priority list at the moment.

thanks for explanation.  Smiley yeah the faucet is needed a captcha system. Maybe it can be recaptcha + a math solving captcha somthing else .. that coinhive is really imposible because of needing computer hardware. faucets are for beginners or somebodies have time but not have money  Wink

very good, flutter rising but you should make more noise about fluttercoin Cheesy
I'm hardcore fluttercoin fan and holder and its just a lucky shot that I found last informations about new wallet, forks etc and bitcointalk OP should be UPDATED!
Last client which I found is 0.7.5.19, so where is 0.7.5.20? silence and lack of info everywhere

btw: does hard fork mean a new blockchain/swap?

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/fluttercoin/

64 satoshis.

Price is slowly creeping up but still has a long way to go.

If Ripple with its Billions of centralized scam tokens can reach $2, then Fluttercoins with its mere 343 million does have a shot a cracking the dollar mark at some point.

Just get a bag and wait for the team to deliver.

You'll thank me later.

More exchanges are planned once the devs finish their updates.

This was shared in the discord:

1. New roadmap is being worked on, when will it be released?

1. Q1 2018 once I set timers for the reward reduction fork, moving from dynamic to 5% pos of block reward.

2. When will official white paper be released?

2. White paper is already written but will update it to include pos butterfly effect changes this happened awhile back in .16 or .17 release but never updated docs

3. What else is coming up for Coin?

3. Bug fixes, lots of then.  Many can be done with in place upgrades.  More difficult ones will be done with staged forks, only ones like if we change staking engine to remove the weight valve, or introduce masternode functionality
3b, new logo and some new banners are being finalized in the next two weeks
3c if we do mn initially 100k for mn but I'm working on a way to possibly build a tiered node system.  Everyone get same reward but larger holders will get more frequent rewards...this i believe would be unique, I am still reviewing mn functionality, I just started playing with the technology recently
Meaning you could mn with 100k or 1million or 250k whatever the tiers are, saves on needing multiple mn running
I don't like complicated coin shit, everything needs to be simple where I can walk my mom through it...so far wallet is about easy as it gets want to keep it that way

Anything else?

4. What’s the current rewards for P.O.T? Is is POS also if so what’s the rewards?

4. Proof of transaction or the butterfly effect sends 5% of the pos reward to an address that matches the algorithm.  so if the pos reward is 20, random address in previous block that matches gets 1flt
Or if it's 40flt it gets 2, etc.
It can pay out as well if you are staking or mining, sending or receiving
So if you stake the last block and your address matches you can get part of my reward
It's a beautiful thing and still unique to fluttercoin, no other coin in crypto does this, I thought for sure someone would pickup this idea and run with it...been two years here we go.
Wallet also has fluttershare option which alllows you to run the wallet and receive daily rewards.  Also let's you share your pos rewards with another address too.  Say you wanted to send some to your sons address or your mom, yep it can do it

It's obviously a work in progress but there's a lot of active developments planned.

You can also still mine Fluttercoin.

I believe this is one of the active mining pools: http://scrypt.ispace.co.uk/coindetails/?coin=flt&id=31

faucet is now back online too: https://faucet.fluttercoin.me/

Stop hyping this shitcoin. Give others some time to accumulate for cheap.
Just because your bags are full doesn't mean that others don't want in on the action.

Have tested the coinhive on my tablet and phone. While it does work fine on my tablet the phone does tend to lock up.  Even my old IBM 2.2ghz with 512Mb server can handle it just fine. With my 8 core desktop taking about 30 seconds to figure the math problems.  The old IBM takes about 5 minutes.  Still do able.  Recaptch and other forms of captchas can be thwarted fairly easily with advances being made in machine learning, botnets and a few other tricks.

But to that end, you can thank the butt sucking script kiddie out there for ruining it for everyone.
I have lowered the hashes from 2048 to 1024.

Now if that is asking too much, I'll be more then happy to remove the coinhive from the faucet and just set the payment output to 10 coins a week and if the script kiddie comes around again and crashes the faucet.....i'll just leave it in that state for awhile.

Its been dishing out free coins since late 2014, random amounts from 1 to 30 coins.  If you add up the transactions on the faucet...and the coins the devs and myself have put into it to give out for free....Then I think it is fair to say coinhive is worth the time it takes to get some freebies.

But feel free to join our discord channel and post suggestions or ideas for the faucet in the faucet channel.  I'll look them over.
