Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I have done what I can.

I won't trade on Bittrex anymore.

They will release the money once cluster dev pass through POD, which is very easy just like buying a full member account.

POD is a joke. Never trust exchanges and twitter P&D GROUP.

Good luck, guys!

Two possibilities:
Bittrex stop the scammer, or the scammer stops bittrex.
I vote for the latter.

why? What kind of proofs do they want?  A screenshot of scammers said they are liers?? Any reasonable people can see that there are something fishy about these three coins.

Then why was the ICO full up?

Ultimately, if people want to invest their money in a complete stranger's post on Bitcointalk - its not like they don't have fair warning from the countless other similar risky situations.

One man put some cakes in front of people with diabetes, knowing that people suffering from diabetes are very likely to eat the cake. Then people eat the cakes, it is entirely the patient's own thing? ? You mean is this: Why did you want to stop myself to eat? I do not know the law, but it seems like something more than just the patient's fault, right? ?
Moreover, there were so many scam coins on bittrex, if bittrex users get scammed only blame users?

[18:57] <@bittrex-rami> hold on we are trying to get a generic answer from the BCT admins
[18:57] <@bittrex-rami> that won't violate their legal obligations

It seems rami is taking some actions to protect ICO investors.

Definitely looks shady. But let's remember Bittrex has nothing to do with this. People spam them to add coins. They do and when things get bad they get the blame for it.

I mean... come on. You're traders and need to learn to take the loss. This is decentralised, deregulated waters. Everyone preaching about anti-gov and such but as soon as shit hits the fan you scream for FBI, wtf?

(Sorry for everybody who lost)

I was thinking the exact same thing! People using crypto because finally currency not controlled by the man. But when people start blaming ex-changer and talking about reporting to SEC ect....do you not realize if enough people complain government will take focus. Guess what happens when government takes focus. Its not just bittrex that is affected. Government already wants to control bitcoin, they would love people like this reporting to them. I dont understand the logic. Anonymous, non-regulated, no tax, and if you get scam you cry for gov.  Huh

Essex343 just posted in the Official Moderated ClusterCoin thread.

He said, "lastly I didn't buy this account. I was experimenting with crypto back then, looking what others were doing. Away time was due to some rough time at my former job."

Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=753089.msg8507913#msg8507913

IF you believe what he says, that he did not buy the account, then that leaves only 2 possibilities:

1) He is also ShameOnYou and HarryT1923

or

2) He ran up the posts on all three accounts (Essex343, ShameOnYou, HarryT1923) and sold ShameOnYou and HarryT1923, but kept the Essex343 account.

The similarities are too close, there are no other possibilities.

+1, the first one is more possible

Premine or IPO and all that can be signs, but nothing is a proof. And: The people would also complain if Bittrex wouldn`t add a Coin because doubts without proof. In my opinion the Mainproblem is on Investor-Side. To many people buy to often like Gambler bet in Las Vegas.

There is good money to be made NOT doing any due diligence with all these new coins. If they did basic verifications none of the new scam coins would have made it to the public.

They should not help a proven scammer by releasing funds, they would become part of it. even if they do not care about ethics this will defnitely result in much lower trading volume. BITTREX home of the ICO scammers? not good PR. Please consider this!
