The story about this project is pretty bizarre and i was wondering about ethical issues raised! If someone give you 150 btc would you?

Only if I can put it up for adoption immediately afterward.

I didn't get a vasectomy cause I wanted humanspawn in my life.

Remember Aaron Swartz, a 26 year old computer scientist who died defending the free flow of information.

Classic quote, that made me laugh. Grin
Satoshi may be a common name in Japan but it's a nice name. Better that some of the stupid names celebrities come up with for there kids.

I will seriously do it for 10 bitcoins. It was a great name. My son would not regret it. I will give him the 10 bitcoins once he is old enough to use it.

That depends, I mean the name is more of an ASIAN name, so people in that part of the world might... Cool Cool

So what?  Plenty of Asians have English names like Jackie Chan.  What can't white people have Asian names?

If I was Japanese, that would be no problem at all , I suspect
In my culture, the baby would stand out like a sore thumb, so prob not

No way. I wouldn't want my kid hating me. Like I wouldn't want to be named from a hero when I was born, like Elvis or Rambo..

Don't get me wrong - Satoshi is one legit dude. But I wouldn't name my kid after him!

Well, Satoshi is not a bad name

Ok, so we all expect BTC to reach $10 000 in the next couple of years, pls do not BS that you don't when I know we all do.

So, let us do a bit of simple math, 150 BTC x 10 000 = $1.5 mil

Rephase the question,

Would you name your baby Satoshi for $1.5 mil?

Personally? Nah. I do not care about these magic coins. Smiley
