The question is if LB currently under maintenance mode like few days ago will micro still accessible?

Like the micro LB as well but unfortunately the max pay out is lower than the "real" LB, perhaps it is better add more higher pay outs. And I think if  LB is down/under maintenance, it will not affect the micro because micro uses Moneypot API.

It's possible for me to raise the maximum payouts. It's capped at 5 BTC right now, but the MoneyPot bankroll typically can afford a larger maximum payout with little issues. There just hasn't been any high-value betting to justify it yet. The site has only seen 20 BTC volume since the original testing version was created, and a fair chunk of that is my own money.

this has been discussed before in here or in LB chat (not sure where, i forgot) that adding 1 more betting line will need much time for some adjustments, it isn't as easy as you look

You forgot to take into account that having more than 1 promo line will only give less exposure for the promo line thus will generate lower profit for it too. Therefore it will be the same in the end because to maximize it, the site will need to give a longer time for the promo line. There will be longer rotation to a new promo line as well, people will get bored with the line. Also that it is not easy to put in another line there as stated above
