Yep, now the two transcactions have been tagged as a double spend attempt.  Here is hoping that one of them will get confirmed by some nice pool somewhere.

Seems the double spend thing got fixed - TX here but still unconfirmed...

The re-send attempt for the 5 January TX above finally disappeared so I have just re-sent the TX (coupon was BTC0.00000165/sh).

https://blockchain.info/tx/2665da669c86b46fa4bcfa999c620bb412a02a9a3eae1d20d12bed5fefafcdba

I do not foresee issues as this fee should be sufficient (as it was yesterday).

Sorry for the late posting - life gets in the way.  The Sunday coupon (26 Jan) will be paid tomorrow (Tuesday - 28 Jan).  I'll make up for it by paying this Sunday's coupon 3 days early (30 Jan) Cheesy

I decided to combine the coupon for 26 Jan (BTC0.00000113/sh) and the upcoming coupon on 2 Feb (BTC0.00000097/sh) into a single payment of 210 Satoshis per share.

With the latest diff change known the coupon for 9 Feb will be BTC0.00000087 per share.  As the weekly payments get smaller and smaller I plan to start doing a payout on alternating Sundays.  The fee will quickly become near 5% of the total payment before long otherwise.

Payment will be made shortly...

9 Feb was BTC0.00000087 per share
16 Feb is BTC0.00000081 per share

Total payment is BTC0.00000168 per share which covers from 1200 UTC 2 Feb until 1200 UTC 16 Feb.

The Feb 23rd coupon is calculated at BTC0.00000069 per share.  This amount will be combined with the calculated amount for the next scheduled coupon (2 March).  Both payable 2 March at ~ 1200 UTC.

With the weekly coupon rapidly approaching 50 Satoshis I plan to move to paying the coupon monthly (every 4th Sunday) in the near future.  The TX fee is becoming a larger percentage of the coupon payment - to the point where it warrants questioning continuing the bond (The fee for the 16 Feb payment was 1.79%).

So for now the plan is to continue the payments, just increase the duration between them (i.e., now paying every other Sunday and eventually transitioning to every 4th Sunday).  My best estimate is the revised payment schedule begins once difficulty reaches ~5B (i.e., the payment per share is ~165 Satoshis).

Well it seems Blockchain is now enforcing a maximum of 75 outputs for small TX (and these coupons are the definition of small).  This means I will have to send two TX to disperse coupons to all users.

In light of this (an effective doubling of the fees) I will implement the every 4 week payment schedule described above.

Through 2 March the coupons owed are as follows:

23 Feb was BTC0.00000069 per share
2 March will be BTC0.00000064 per share

Just a reminder the next coupon will be paid this Sunday (16 March).  I'll update the thread later tonight with the payout per week and total amount payable this Sunday.

EDIT

23 Feb was BTC0.00000069 per share
2 March was BTC0.00000064 per share
9 March was BTC0.00000056 per share
16 March will be BTC0.00000053 per share

Total payment per share on 16 March will be BTC0.00000242 per share

Running into the same issues with blockchain and sending such a small TX with 130+ outputs  Angry  I think we all need to recognize this asset has run its course and is at the end of its useful life.

I believe sending a final payment that is equal to 5x this monthly coupon (850 satoshis per share) is a fair settlement as the bond hasn't traded for an eternity (it seems).  With ever increasing difficulty I estimate it is equal to another 9+ months worth of coupons (850 Satoshi / 35 Satoshis = 24 weeks with no diff changes).

I wish you all well and appreciate your support over the past 2 years.  A lot has been learned about the "professionalism" in the BTC asset markets  Wink
