I'm also a bit speechless that Chris does now (more or less) actively promote his MODs, but
he doesn't care to explain
1. what will happen after the VTC-fork
2. what the purpose of these MODs shall be when all qASIC-shares can be changed into these
announced "new product"-shares capable of multi-algo mining

Are these new shares capable of mining multiple algorithms? I thought they were just able to mine different Scrypt coins, like whatever's most profitable on Clevermining.
I'm not sure about the VTC thing though. According to the Vertcoin developers timeline they're supposed release it to the mainnet in about three days, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see. If I remember correctly though, somewhere Chris said that he should still be able to mine Vert on Lyra2.

Well, what he said was
"The new chip will be presented along with an offer to convert old shares (worst power consumption) to new shares (better power, multi coin but with an extra cost.)"
Which I would assume means that we'd be able to mine other Scrypt coins, not coins on other algorithms.
As for Vert, let's just hope he gives us some more information soon.

The coupon codes will be limited in usage (few uses each), and will have different discount values and modes (cart or product based).

Since they will be limited in usage,  it is suggested to use them as soon as you spot them, again, each coupon will be usable only several times.

Personal experience. Purchased a 1K6X pack a month and a half ago Thursday night (EST) and didn't receive payment for that Friday. Reading the litecointalk forums people said he takes the snapshot sometime on Thursday, so that's where I got my information.

I was debating to buy the 15000 pack but too costly for me now. I wound up just buying the 839 pack with the 30% discount. I know resellers are selling it cheaper but who knows since I heard chris is doing some rollbacks with some of the hacked accounts.

Yes it's absolutely smart. Except you bought a lot of shares, otherwise a few cents more for 1mhs won't make big differences.

Best deal I got so far 90% off an M10 mod. You can't beat that I knew a discount for the mod was coming when they removed the discounted price and put it back to $1,600 just cant believe I managed to grab it
