Selling at a loss means the guy who gets it can make profit because they buy at 2/1000 the price i paid... i had a few offers but those are to say the least not even worth bothering for.

People will only make profit from your shares if they decided to pay the fee otherwise no. The fee alone will get you few weeks before you reach your ROI. It is not likely the hardware is even real to begin with and even if it is real then again there is no set point yet of what kind of ASIC it is and when will you receive it

Affection is the answer for this. Long before this whole thing started, Chris is a "good" guy in litecointalk and most people there defended him even after this whole thing started. Even some mods there keep on defending him ( you probably know which one ). Reality is indeed hard but then again it seems the number of people who actually lost in this "cloudmining" is less than those who have already got their profit assuming you start getting in at the anniversary crazy discount

I got a 55BTC fee applied on my 3200 qAsic shares so yea looks like you got the fee applied to your 2nd Gen's too making this a definite scam.

Most of my qAsics werent purchased until late last year and Ive probably only recouped $5k of my $10k investment and now he wants 55BTC in fees which is a joke, as the fee is supposed to be for 12 months (with the next fee becoming due this December) & I havent even been paid me for the last 7 months of the current 12 mth period. This is what everyone thought as well but apparently it seems the fee is until the end of each year. With that said, there is no point in paying the fee now since you will only get around 5 months left of weekly payout until the end of 2015 and that is if only this "ponzi" able to sustain itself until the end of the year with so many doubt around
