Anybody paid the shipping fee and received any hardware? (I didn't pay, just being curious...)  many payed - nobody received anything. regards Where did you get this information? I couldn't find it on litecointalk? Paid for shipping on a single board but have received nothing. Nor has there been any update despite repeated requests. LTCgear has promised delivery of a physical product and charged a shipping fee which means the transaction is covered by EU consumer protection. No issue with it 'only' being digital currency. Have raises a case for non delivery with the 'European Consumer Centres' office here in the UK. http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/solving_consumer_disputes/non-judicial_redress/ecc-net/index_en.htmThey seem genuinely interested in helping. However, given that account activation is now under 10% of the original fee, I have a feeling it may be too late. |

UPDATE: It is possible that a number of user accounts balances did not synchronize Sunday, in relation with deposit system temporary shutdown. Balance synchronization and deposit system are connected for security reasons. The deposit system will be reactivated temporarily and missing balances will be resynchronized asap.
On October 31 deposit system will become unavailable until Nov 8 in order to implement various design changes in order to improve user experience. Withdraws will be performed as usual.
Management fees are calculated based on exchange rate, age and other factors, and they were/are calculated taking in account current digital coins value rising. As stated by rules, the management fee can be changed at any time (positively or negatively).
To cope with upcoming temporarily suspension of the deposit system, fees are calculated in advance taking in account upcoming rising in exchange rates. Again, by rules, no mining activity is resumed until acknowledged by payment of management fee.
