Page updated - So this is to reclaim any monies ever paid in to LTC Gear? I'm guessing less than 5% of users will be able to participate. and what money are we talking about its for the Gen2 the payments made after the june reboot ? everything ?

During Phase 1, certain transfers sent (or supposedly sent) will be repaid:
- transfers sent to pay mining hardware shipping during 2015 will be returned (too few users opted for)
- some transfers sent to pay mining fee for 2015.
Phase 1 will run for a very short period of time, for feedback acquisition, using Bitcoin address message signing as unique authorization method for re-identification.
If you do not find your transfer included in Phase 1, please verify transfer string (64 digits hex string), try again later (may not be included yet in Phase 1), or it may be postponed to Phase 2. If you are not in control of sending address but you are the transfer owner (eg. online wallet) please wait for Phase 2.

Interesting, this might have something to do with the legal case started in 2015?
I do have my old wallet with the transaction ID. I was one of the fools that even tried to get hardware in 2015.
I tried to input my valid transaction id, but it just says "Unknown Transaction ID".
Doesn't seem to really work... duh...

First I was optimistic because someone implemented https, but it looks like a huge BS. But I am not sure... I bought my shares in July-November 2014, so maybe guys with 2015 IDs should try as well  |
