The only centralized thing is the distribution platform, and this come with advantages like 0% pool mining fee and the Pool referral system.  The distribution system PoM is also the backbone that provide the increase on the reserve, ensuring guaranteed increasing value.

Despite the distribution, all the rest is fully decentralized.
