yes i saw what he did. very scammy indeed i would stay away. the idea is just a concept plus he cannot code himself

He dumped his 20% premine all the way down from 70 satoshi to 6 satoshi.

His idea is good but he is clueless on how to get it running.

His next plan is to screw new investors with a ICO at 10k satoshi.

I lost 0.3 btc on this, I was in profit until he dumped 60million onto us all.

I thought he was swapping the DOS coins for this new coin? So it's not closing a project and opening a new one. It is a continuation from the old project so those people don't lose. For example, I read you will be able to buy new coins in exchange for the old coins at a determined rate. I guess it is similar to SAT -> SAT2 transition.
