Yesterday i withdraw some small amount of BTC and have not problem with that. So, for me withdraw working fine.

I don``t say nothing about withdraw . The deposit is not working after send and network confirmation they never show at hasnest acc.
for me is matter of time when and deposit will stop. And the bigger issue is that there is no support to reply about this. If they have some problem ( is normal some time to time to have ) just to tell us ...  in how long time they think will be fixed and so on and so on .....
I have no problems with BTC deposits.  Cheesy

It's probably not coming back. If you need it in litecoin, send an email to support@hashnest.com and see if they'll manually process it.

Hi every one
I'm so new in hashnest and I like to learn from you elders.
I created an account and deposited a little to find out what it seems like.
and now I can't understand the meaning of the information given in the attached picture.
for example the number 15.98% is good or bad ?! or other information in the picture. or when I want to buy GHs, what is the differences between sellers in the list ignoring the little difference in price.
what is the Total (BTC) column ? and finally if I want to invest about 3000 USD what is the average amount of profit in month ? or maybe it is better to but and hold coins for when the prices rise.
what is your idea.
please help me
Thanks before

for example the number 15.98% is good or bad ?! or other information in the picture. or when I want to buy GHs, what is the differences between sellers in the list ignoring the little difference in price.
The 15.98% is the maintenance fee. From your total earnings per share of GHs, you earn around 84% and they take 16% for electricity fees, general maintenance and supervising the equipment.
There are "asks" and "bids" the "ask" value is the value you canby GHS for immediately. The "bids" is what the heighest bid is per GHs.

what is the Total (BTC) column ?
The total btc is the sum of locked and avaliable balances, a balance is locked due to it being used for a trade.

and finally if I want to invest about 3000 USD what is the average amount of profit in month ? or maybe it is better to but and hold coins for when the prices rise.
That depends on the miner you want and the number of GHs you manage to get.
From my experience, earnings are about 0.004BTC/day/20000GHs for S7 miners and 0.002BTC/day/10000GHs (these were at different times and the amount you can earn is constantly changing).

On that image
HashPower(GHS): The number of GHs of that miner you own (yours says that you own 4 GHs)
Costs(btc): The price you bought the GHS for in total.
Payout Total(btc): The payout you earned today
Maintenance (btc): the maintenance you have paid so far for hat miner.
Last price: the last price a miner went for on the market.
24H volume: the market volume/the number of GHS that have been sold in the past 24 hours.
Maintenance fee/maintenance payout: as explained above. The fee is the price per THs and the payout is the amount hashnest get paid per miner you buy.

I have never had any trouble withdrawing from Hashnest and have been with them for a long time. I mine LTC and BTC with them. On one occasion their wallet was under maintenance due to a possible security breach but that was resolved quickly and a global msg was sent out to all users.

I cannot comment on their response times when asking them questions as I have never had too. I know in some countries there is a restriction on the use of cryptocurrencies so perhaps people with this trouble are from there? Your IP address would determine this and it's not unheard of with some Exchanges.

Maybe the amount I withdraw from mining has an effect on the fee paid thus the time it takes for me to receive my funds. I do not know if small withdrawals would mean a low fee therefore a long time to confirm.

If your withdrawal says it has taken place yet you have not received your funds, one can try viabtc accelerator https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ and enter you tx ID. There are tx fee limits  but once through it should be processed in the next block.

Im hoping to help here, maybe I'm not but good luck getting your funds.

There is no period of time as long as you  own Ghs on hasnest they "work" for you . the end is when the maintenance is reach 80% for 7 days in a row. when this happend if u have enough GHs that is equal to one miner for example if you have 12500 Ghs ( thiis is one S9 miner) you can choose to make redemption, hashnest to send you the miner and you have to pay only for the shipping , or to migrate to other miner ( if they have lunch other miner )
Hope you understand.

Its actually when the fee is more than 100% for seven consecutive days unless it's changed since I read the conditions.

You can end your contract at any point by using the market section under each miner.

Hmm...

First, we got this statement from China's Central Bank regarding regulating the ICO's.

Today, viabtc announced that they will be closing
Quote
Sept 25th: Closing of registration, asset deposits and all trading pairs
Sept 30th: Closing of website www.viabtc.com
(source: https://www.viabtc.com/announcement/detail?id=11)

And today I was reading this rumor/FUD ??
Quote
It’s been a long week and I’m back from China. I was in meetings with business partners who have vested interest in several large scale cryptocurrency mining farms. Rumors of China shutting down companies who run ICO’s and Chinese exchanges being shutdown is what landed me here. The goal of our meeting was to devise a plan on how to make sure our investments were safe. This meant understanding exactly what Chinese regulators require from miners and making sure they meet those obligations. As it turns out none of that matters because China intends to not only take down exchanges but mining farms as well. BTCChina, OKCoin and Huobi are the three I know of that will be shut down. This isn’t the first time PBOC has taken shots at the crypto world but this time feels different. As of Wednesday the 13th we pulled funding from two farms and are exploring our options with the third.

It's a shame to see them go, they were quite a good company. However, it could just be an exit scam? Sell contracts of btc/bcc/ltc miners and shutdown a few months later with your extra profits.
Also, i think, bitmain will have to pay tax on what they earn and the Chinese government may consider that enough of an incentive to produce an exception for hashnest (but that's unlikely).

here is what I found in FAQ :

3. What about the hashrates not enough to redeem a miner?

You can choose to buy more hashrates to make up to a miner or you just sell them in market before redemption period. (Market will be closed during redemption period)

4. When can your redeem your miners?

You can request to redeem your miners only in redemption period which HashNest will announce it when we notice the maintanence fee/pay out is up to 100% and keep it same for 10 days.

MY QUESTION IS :  so when I MUST sell my hashrates and withdraw ?! because I don't want to have a physical miner and just want to use of investing in GH benefits.
so I don't want to lose my money and benefits.

here is 2 pictures that I like to fully understand them. (unfortunately I couldn't make this post to show pictures directly on page and it gives only a link of them!)

https://ibb.co/gSyyW5

Considering the picture, I like to know when is the best time to sell my GHs to cover MY QUESTION above. and what is the white line ?! I can read the legends "maintenance, Earnings, PPLNS/THS Earnings and PPS/THS" but can't analyse them, ot the columns in dark blue, light blue and green ! and what is good for them to be.

https://ibb.co/cYACr5

and about above picture, I like to know what is showing this column in the market page ?! what is the differences between colored rows and white rows ?!

thank you before.
