Got my first block through for today!
Yesterday and the day before as far as I can tell are still on 0 for both.

Hashflare and Genesis Mining. Both offer ethereum mining in cloud.

Don't know why you'd want to mine it instead of bitcoin though atm. Although the ghs for s7 and s9 are quote expensive so...

Good evening, I have 3 withdraws in "Pending" status since 5 days !!! For a total of more than 3.0 BTCs !
I opened 3 tickets already, but nobody answers and nothing happens.

They hold my btc hostage for 5 days without allowing me to use them to buy hashes and without allowing me to withdraw them!

Does anyone have the same problem or have any news about?

Me too:
After several days where withdraw was not available (error 500, withdraw server in maintenance), I finally managed to start a withdrawal, but it's stuck with 0 confirm since 2017-12-10 06:49:53 UTC.

ya they keep using the fixed .0002 fee which sorry to say is too small i just paid $50 to move btc to hashnest in fees along..  I got an .025 btc finally in unconfirmed status that took weekend just to get on the blockchain..


Its basically the bitcoin network is the problem everyone and there brother are flooding the network trying to get on the newest thing..

i wait for a BTC witdrawalfrom 6.12 till today morning, they replied to ticket to me, saying that their fee is fixed and it might take long way...so all ok.p, but next time switch to LTC guys before make widrawals, its insane to wait and pay, it really  doesnt make sence to widraw BITS. LTC in 2-5 minutes, BTC 6 days, ... crazy crazy.

But in my situation it's not a BlockChain net problem, because my withdraws are not in "unconfirmed" status, but in "pending" status, means that Hashnest has not moved the btc still! They have my BTC still in their wallets. And I'm entering in the 6th day of block!! I hope all will solve fast, and I keep you informed.

yep that is what i was referring to this weekend took them 3 days just to send the btc onto the blockchain, and now i am waiting for some miner to pick the the .0002 ~ $3 miner fee so i can get my btc..

The profits became so low also!! What's wrong with them? I wanted to invest more, but with these priblems I'm not sure anymore! I got abot 5000 GHs and before they gave me about 12-13 GHs a day, but these days it is about 3-4! and did you hear about www.nuvoo.io ? what is your opinion ?

I have 20THs S7 and it can pay anywhere between 0.006 and 0.002BTC it's not too bad though.

Mine say they're completed yet they didn't broadcast at all.
I sent them a support ticket 3+ days ago and still nothing received.

well a little fyi, according to the numbers mining ltc is an 2x profit increase, i had 6,100 s9 gh/s making ~ $13 a day now moved over to ltc @ 739 mhs selling the .5 btc i started with an loss of ~ $500 and making $30 a day now but of course due to the 50% increase in ltc   ~ $286.23 a coin oh and the slowassness of btc network

There are some withdrawal delays... but they eventually work like they always do. I requested withdraw of 0.42 BTC at 2017-12-10 15:41:40 UTC, then later at night, I found out that it still said "did not match records" when I searched the txid. I submitted ticket at night, and whe I woke up I found the BTC transferred succesfully. It probably has to do with the delays they announced previously when mining looked like it had paused...

I suggest if ur having issues, create support ticket and be clear about what the problem is.
I always include thr txid, and a good description of the problem, like "btc.com still says transaction not found", and a screenshot like this would be a good idea if (if this is your case):

My BTC widthdraw wallet has been in maintenance for 4 days now. Anybody else with this issue?

Did you submit a ticket?

When submitting a ticket, make sure the following:
1) State a clear and simple description of your problem
2) Attach a screenshot
3) Include detalis like wallet address, txid

I'm not sure how they do business in China and how good their English is, so I can agree that their support is not the best in terms of communciation. Also they probably have millions of customers... But they have no motive to scam anyone (if thats what u were worried about). They are huge and if anything bad happens it's easy for legal authrities to find them... It would be like Microsoft scamming the world

I've opened several support tickets (ticket Withdraw #13070 is still open) and nobody ever replies.

HashNest is setting the 0.0002 BTC miners' fee automatically, so I really don't understand why there would be 0 confirm after more than 4 days. Is there foul play? Is HashNest wallet somehow blacklisted? Is it trying to transfer coins that Hashnest doesn't own? Is it some kind of scam to push me to pay BTC.com (linked on hasnest wallet) $179.54 for their Transaction Accelerator service?

Any explanation would be more than welcome.

The Bitcoin mempool has been backed up for weeks. The 20000 sat transaction fee is not enough to get included in blocks.
