It does sync the time properly with the network time. Just noticed IPv4 broadcast is empty. I wonder if there was something there before? screen -r? What does it say? Tplink shall be able to sync network time

All the chip LEDs are lighting up and blinking like it is hashing which is odd. I have tried two hubs as well as directly into the TP-Link. Got it in previous post. Screenshot is there now. Sorry about that. I brain cramped. Same as web user and pass So it appears like usb issue cables hubs or..? Board is missing please type lsusb and post output

I do, I have a solid power wart for the TP link. I will double check the other cable though. board is not there and there is no USB hUB connected also
check your usb cable and try with another one. You need to have twio USB cables connected in TPLINK one for power and one for usb data

Otherwise you need to restart cgminer Or better just execute /usr/bin/fix_rc it will enable udevd and reboot tplink the all will be good

Just power off HEXM board - unplug USB + 12V Reboot tplink power on 12V of HM board and finally plug USB cable And you can remove hub also just plug board directly and make sure lsusb shows it

Remove the USB HUB Power off 12V of HEXM Remove USB HEXM cable Power on 12V of hexM PLUG USB cable of HEXM into tplink without hub directly and make sure your USB cable is OK
