I've been working on a lot of coins, promoting them and most of the coins that i have work with, the ICO investors made money, sometimes even huge money. For example i'm project manager of Ethan, and the first million coins were sold at 25 sats, if you remember that Ethan hit 388 sats, then this was a very good investment. I believe that ICO coins are the way to go in the altcoin business, it supply BTCs for the developer to complete certain tasks, it can be used to give support to the coin , etc.

That is true but IPO coins with premine, such as your coin, is never a good investment and people will stay away! At least smart ones will... Maybe if you ditch premine, maybe that will help with promotion...
