POS hasn't kicked in yet. At this point end of POW is still 5 Oct 2014 around 19:00 GMT. Total moneysupply for POW excluding ICO if there is no POS blocks will be  72,870,100. POS will eat into that though and final POW coins will be around 35-40m.

Yup, if POW and POS is in synch, then the end of POW can be halved from that point.
