With over 200+ people online at any given moment, it is hard to see every PM that is sent to us. If we don't reply to a PM you send us in a reasonable time, simply resend it. I know it gets annoying but there are a lot of people trying to get our attention PLUS us trying to pay attention to regular chat to catch abusers. If you are only PMing one specific mod, try contacting another because I don't know about these other mods, but I may be on chat for 2-3 hours at a time non stop without someone needing me and as soon as I stand up to use the restroom or eat or something, that's when people decide to PM me with issues lol

You could be having issues with sockets, usually just giving it some time and refreshing every so often fixes it eventually.

Yes eventually, it happens to me sometimes and all I do is wait. We currently have 6 mods; MICRO, Hui, Zoltan, mdma, DiamondCardz, Anony.

Yes, I can.  I have owned 2 pretty successful websites and was the only admin.  I know how stressful the position can be and how many countless hours you must be online without getting nearly the amount of appreciation deserved and must work for free.

You're MICRO though, you're a little different to the other mods, I guess you could be considered as a Senior Mod or something similar xD

I've gotten about 3 mBTC ($1.50) of tips over the last 4 days. Mods shouldn't expect tips and they should be able to spend hours upon hours on the site each day, deal with lots of spam and annoying situations in chat, etc. If you look at my "payment" per hour it's in the single-figure cents. It isn't all fun and games lol, that's why experience is good. You gotta know what you're getting into.

Yeah , earning should never be ur primary motivation.

I did earn alot on pd, but first thing i earned was reputation, respect and trust, when u have all that , some money will come eventually , on one way or another u will always get rewarded for good and honest work.
