Nope, they do pay but always with slow respond from their admin. May be it will take 24-72 hours. Many people already experienced it anyway. You should try to contact them through email. And usually they response once in 24 hours, so you will need slowly take your time here just to make some withdrawal

That is called the greediness and we never satisfied with what we earn whether it is big or small profit. These things we need to experience to learn the lessons hard way. Sorry for your losses and next time you should learn to stop when you make a small profit instead aiming for bigger profit.

And usually they response once in 24 hours, so you will need slowly take your time here just to make some withdrawal

I know you hate FJ because you had bad experience here but saying that they have slow respond and slow payout is too exaggerated. In this case, FJ has confirmed that there is an issue on the eth payment and will be fixed as soon as possible. There is a live chat where users can get fast answer about any issues, thats better way than contacting through email.

Yes this is a very bad casino...Instead of them making goodwill for the mishap they rather continue to string us along. ETH is dropping and we are losing money because of this mishap. I for one am very disappointed in the way they are handling things. I wouldn't advise anyone to deposit here...

Do you have screenshot of your withdraw request? Also have you checked your email for withdrawal confirmation because fortunejack wait for email confirmation if you try to withdraw funds to ETH address which you have never used before.

I am not having any issue there till now, quite surprised to see that you have to wait 3 days for ETH withdrawal. Fortunejack might reply here try to contact him with your user id.

Do you have screenshot of your withdraw request? Also have you checked your email for withdrawal confirmation because fortunejack wait for email confirmation if you try to withdraw funds to ETH address which you have never used before.

Yea they will send one email confirmation if you are withdrawing the first time or use any new address to withdraw your ETH. just double check your emails if you not received any email and still facing this issue better you can contact FJ with your registered email ID he will solve your issue. But you are waiting for 3 days right did you get any response from FJ.

They have recently restarted their server, as we have requested which almost fixed the mentioned issue, but up to 15 withdrawals are still not confirmed from both ends.
We do take responsibility along with Etherscan, but what I want to clarify is, that this is not a scam nor this is a try to scam our valued players, technical issue is coming from in-between and we are working hard to resolve it for you.
What will happen next is - We will allow few more hours to see if the transactions will go through after resetting the server (to avoid double payouts). If it won't work, the winnings will be credited to the mentioned amount of accounts manually from our end.

Technical issues really come no matter how much you try to avoid them. In this case, there is not much that Fortunejack could have done to prevent it though I find it very professional that Natalie's owning responsibility for this issue. More power and hope this gets fixed soon.
