Is that the deposit bonus that you have to enter certain code to activate?

A CS rep should never tell a customer what he can and what he cannot do with it, instead he could have offered a different promotion or educate customer about possible reason why bonus did not activate.

He may need to have contacted his supervisor or manager who may have a solution to the problem.

I think dino has big house edge, but when you hit something you really get big reward. I played it last week, it's really nice slot but minimum bet is quite big IMO, i wonder is there any chance to lower it a bit.
