I liked that too. 1 BTC wager isn't really hard to do. Though that promotion was something for the giving season of christmas.

It really depends on each gambling site. But it would be a lot better to have an update with the minimum amount of other altcoins which are not really that much. With the example at hand, dogecoin. Doge is just worth 60-70 sats atm and if you deposit $5 worth of it, that would be a nice sum already to play with. I have to agree that they should decrease the minimum withdrawal, not only for the altcoins but also bitcoin. I think for the bitcoin withdrawal can be 5mbtc which is still a bit higher compared to other sites. The best thing here is because players do not need to pay for the withdrawal fees.
I think if there are more people suggest about it then fortunejack may consider to decrease it.
