Yesterday FortuneJack stated they would provide "an update by the end of the day". No such update was ever provided. Last night I spoke to Robert from LiveChat and he said "the problems have been resolved and they are in the process of figuring out the refunds. Now the next day comes and there is no update, no new information, no indication of when they will be compensating us. I have been waiting for 5 days now and have spoke with Robert, Alexander, Ivy, and Carrie about this issue.

I have had enough waiting. I've lost over 60 bitcoins on their site since I joined in September of 2015. That's the equivalent of $200,000 yet despite being on this "privileged" VIP list for close two years - they still cannot expedite the resolution nor even provide me with any basic level of information. In the past when problems have come up, I would've been among the first to come to FortuneJack's defense and stress that they absolutely would make things right.

Anymore, it's like I don't even recognize them nor their actions. There is no excuse for having to wait 5 painstakingly long days and still be left in the dark with no concrete resolution and no concrete schedule of when this resolution will be handled.

Even more troubling is an affiliate email I received a few days before this booming games debacle in which it asked for feedback, new feature requests, ideas, because they were going "to be launching a new site" that they've been working on and would like some feedback from their senior players before breaking the news to the general public. Heres a timeline of what just happened this week up to today:


They advertised heavily for Booming Games and offers 75% bonus.

I was enticed by this off and deposited and lost my real balance so ended with the 75% bonus which was .038~

I played Booming Games and got free spins on a game but it froze/crashed and wouldn't load after that.

I reported the issue immediately on live support; they responded that was previously known and reported by plenty.
So I asked why they have not made an announcement about it and disabled the games;to which they didnt respond.
Then I was told it would be fixed soon and that any free spins or bonuses won on Booming Games (as the bonus is limited to only Booming Games) would be credited after they fix the well known issue.

So I ended with:

If you had problems here again and again, why do you still play here? I don't think I've encountered and problems here and I think the customer service of Fortune Jack has been the most friendliest and professional people I've talked to. They reply in seconds and they don't go away till they have a solution for you.

we are not sure what exactly you are facing problem in FJ. I am seeing this site from many years, and they have a good support team, and they can respond to players queries as soon as possible. Sometimes it happens in all casino sites we should understand their problem also they want to support many players like you so to reach you they may take some time, but they can help you to solve your issue. Still, you don't like FJ then better switch to another site.
