Most likely a fake name satoshi used.
Went to look at the neighborhood on google maps. Doesn't look like the kind of area someone in control of a billion dollars worth of bitcoins would live in.
Drop house.

that makes completely no sense. why would he use his satoshi e-mail and send it to a drop house with a fake name, when he could make an order with his gmail account without giving up his identity?

wait a minute.. if satoshi really made that order from cardreaderfactory, why the hell would he use his satoshi e-mail address? cardreaderfactory would basically know it was him, plus his mailing address. he's not that stupid, it just sounds too fishy.

+1  it's one thing to make a mistake, but this would be on a completely different level

fwiw they do accept Bitcoin

so? if he makes an order, they will see it from satoshin@gmx.com, and it will display his name. and then they'd have his name and address.

besides that, there is no reason for him to use satoshin@gmx.com .. he could use literally any other e-mail, and there'd be no risk (and there's nothing to be gained from purchasing through satoshin@gmx.com).

Another thing is at the time he placed that order bitcoins were priced at around $100. He's sitting on close to a million bitcoins (supposedly) so they would have been valued at around $100,000,000. And we're expected to believe he bought a $200 mining rig? Why would he? And reveal his real name and physical address which he had gone to great lengths to protect? I find it hard to believe

Then you are saying the invoice is fake.

It's fake in the sense that it's just some guy that made the order that thought it was funny to put Satoshi's email during the checkout...

Maybe it is related to the heartbleed bug? Or any of the other bugs that would make change of pass highly advisable?

I guess Satoshi haven't changed password for a while for his email

it's just fake period. looking at the guy's facebook, he doesn't seem like someone who is involved with programming or technology. he's more of a hippie dude who believes in pro choice, smoking weed, the grateful dead, and whatever else. the addresses don't match up either. there are 2 anthony gearys that show up based on a search, and none of them are the same as the address in the doxxed picture.

hm he could have bought a big amount of coins and pretend to be Satoshi and bring up news like "going back to the dev team to solve big problems and implement big new features". Or he could have revealed bad news and buy afterwards.

No one ever would know who he was. After a few weeks people would know that all this was fake. But know, he wants to collect 25btc and should have problems to stay anonymous with this address.

Only hilarity can ensue

Well I guess this may finally lay to rest any hope of ever contacting satoshi; their account is hacked
After many years of abandonment. It would be nice though to see all the positive emails that they ever got.

Long live the collective vision, the realization that any one of us can become legend.

We the people are satoshi nakamoto, the source of wisdom, it'll have to come undoubtedly from us now.

If you think my efforts are worth something; I'll keep on keeping on.
I don't believe in IQ, only in Determination.
