Andrew:

I'm having trouble getting an image ad started. I have confirmed the size is correct (461 x 60).  When I click to the next step it just opens a page and says ERROR.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

So, I got the ad upload to work and made payment ... however, the ad does not appear to be running and nobody is reponding to the support ticket trying to verify that the upload worked.

I'm beginning to think that the links on here relating to Bitcoinadvertisers being a scam may be true, which would be very unfortunate.

If Andrew or anyone else from the company would respond it would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, please return the 3 BTC payment.

Thanks,

Sierra

Seriously considered forming a partnership but-:
After reading about the many issues with your scheme, i have decided not to get involved.

This site had the most potential of all advertising sites. But I have not been paid out in a long time. I do not believe it's a scam but I do believe there is some type of problem with the system. I am removing the ads from my site.

I see a lot of junk clicks on the BitcoinAdvertisers. Some examples:

Hi Andrew, we like your ad service and we've been using it for the past month. The thing is we have to deal with allot of complaints from Rugatu's users about our ssl certificate being expired or having other issues, which is not the real problem but serving insecure content at the same time with the secured one.

The only thing we serve insecurely is your service ads, so if I may ask, do you have plans on serving them over https (ssl)?

I think i might have found a browser compatibility issue with your ads, they don't work with chrome mobile. they display but don't load when clicked on.

Google chrome mobile version 19.0.1084.60 on IOS5

I reported this to the google chrome mobile dev team I just wanted to point this out since chrome mobile on ios seem to becoming very popular since it was released.

I just found another error or possible the same error as above.

You might want to put a script to check when placing ads that the url used is a valid format or that the url loads up a page.

I found an ad with "http//https//" + "site url" and this isn't a valid url and throws an error saying invalid url.

I have notified the owner of the ad about the problem.

I have verified the problem with chrome on windows and safari on IOS.

Thanks RandomQ, I've reviewed a bunch of the ads and cleaned up a couple things.

As to SSL support, we are researching a solution to supporting that but unfortunately it is a bit of a ways off at the moment.

Thanks for looking into it, if you need some sysadmin assistance setting up the whole thing just send me a pm and I would gladly cover the expenses of our expert to have you rolling as soon as possible. You can get a free 1 year certificate on http://cert.startcom.org, or cheap one with basic features on godaddy. Cheers

There's no manual review of ads before they're placed? That's BEYOND dangerous.

when I visit the website from home, it show 403 error.....
And when I go to some other place to go internet, it went well.

And some of my friends confirm that they encounter the 403 error too.

Does someone encountered the same problem? Is the problem related to my home ADSL network (and some of my friends') or the problem related to the bitcoinadvertisers website?

The site went down and your ISP's inline caching proxy still has the old version, it will fix by itself just give it some time. Guessing here.

@BitcoinAdvertisers.com hey, you guys still develop the platform?

Some requests include: review of the ads by an operator and ad serving over SSL

They have always sounded very fishy to me... plus, now they've created bad reputation on the websites with the Unity theme from Bootswatch.
