Yeah, me too, finaly today i got the reset button that works. I reseted my accounts password and i have access, but suprise suprise, no MONERO ballance.... Hope they get their ass together....

some people are starting to say they're getting their coins back, i think moolah realized they screwed up big time with the account migration. i have only been following their twitter but they sitll never replied back to my ticket.

actually, today I just checked my mintpal balance and it seems like the 700k doge that was missing for a week has finally been returned to me. I am not sure what to do next though, should I try risking another withdrawal?
edit: just tried withdrawing my doge and it worked!

Glad to hear you got your coins back I withdraw SYS and BS over the past few days without problems. But it's a shame they destroyed whatever left from their reputation.. 0% fees until 2015? try again Moolah... Maybe BTER's concept of dividends and interest could save them.. |

I managed to withdraw my DRK and XBC from this trainwreck, still missing faircoin, myriad and sync. Not showing up at all and haven't heard anything on the ticket as yet
