Hi,

We have reviewed your account. It looks like someone else logged into your account and sold all of your coins and then tried to turn on 2fa in order to withdraw your funds. We recently added email authentication to turn on 2fa which most likely stopped this person from withdrawing the BTC.

We always recommend using a complex unique password and turning on 2-factor authentication.

Here is the login info of the person who must have your username and password.

My acc  include all 2.2btc (BBR, xmr, coco ...) but now have lost. I do not see Withdrawal orders History, not certified mail. So where's my money?

This story actually 100%
The fact that you are unable to withdraw your 2btc from your wallet doesn't make bittrex a scam, technical errors do happen sometimes and the best thing to do might be to open a support ticket on their support center, probably you might get assistance very quick. Besides, even if they were a scam, I just don't think that they will scam 2.2 btc, that's too little compared to the money they accumulate per year/month.
2.2 BTC is just small even we do see on weekly basis profits of bittrex considering on the amount of trade volumes on daily basis which they can able to get from trade or conversion fees. 2.2 btc wont really be sufficient to ruin their credibility and reputation that they do build for how many years of operation and as being suggested why not try to contact their support and tell about your situation if its really real because they are the ones who can able to resolve such issue since it do happen on your website account.

So far, I have not encountered any problem with my Bittrex account too. I think the problem with your situation is on your end, regarding personal security most probably.

bittrex to date is not a scam, I still do buying and selling or deals there so I think bittrex is still safe and scam is just an issue that just wants to destroy bittrex.

How do people get scammed on bittrex? Everytime I login - I have to click on a link that goes to my email on my first attempt of signing in and then it allows me to login into my profile.

Not only did they hack your bittrex but also your email.

I dont think that they would scam your 2.2 bitcoin. 2.2 btc is nothing for them so it would be meaningless. If they want to scam they would scam a huge amounth of crypto coins and it would affect even bitcoin price.

Did you make any screenshots? Otherwise nobody will believe your story. It's hard but true. Next time make screenshots of your deposit.

Have you even tried contacting them before accusing ?
What! Who would ever contact Bittrex? That's unheard of.
Although my account was not hacked or lost by someone else, bittrex ignored my request for advanced verification and I have already submitted an application for more than a month. No one answered me. I was thinking bittrex staff was Is not the collective long-term off? I sent a mail to support@bittrex.com and submitted a work order, still did not get any manual reply.

I feel sorry for you but it's not bittrex fault any bitcoin exchange websites has an 2FA authentication to prevent hackers i think you accidentally clicked a wrong link like phishing or you get some malware in other websites or programs, Hackers are so smart so you need to be careful to your funds it's a lesson for you to be careful next time you put your funds into an exchange that's the reason why all bitcoin exchange sites put 2FA and email authentication in every account to prevent this scenario.

Bittrex is a crypto trading platform. In past, people can make money by their site but now it's cheating with people. Wink

Yes, Me too.
I've been using Bittrex for over 5 months now and I can always trade or withdraw with problem.
My friend had a similar issue with verification but it was his own mistake and agreed that it wasn't the fault of Bittrex.
It's for our own protection to have a two way verification because of rampant hacker activities.
