Or even Cryptsy has all of these too i think... the only issue i've ever had there is when DOGE was going nuts and they were running old & new versions... the old ones just took forever to confirm, but i've personally never lost anything there...

A couple of notes about ltcgearcalc.com:

• There were some issues with VTC prices in particular for today. This was related to Mintpal being down and causing some issues with the CoinWarz API (where data is collected from). It should be resolved and more accurate by the end of the day
• I'll be implementing what I hope are the last tweaks to the earnings estimate stuff today... so hopefully we'll see the most accurate estimates to date

ltcgearcalc.com has been updated with (knock on wood) more accurate method to produce daily estimates.

Last week's estimates compared to the actual payouts revealed what I had expected:

LTC was fine at around +0.003% over or thereabouts.
VTC was good too at around +0.009% over.

Now, DRK & FTC went as follow:
DRK was about +8% over!
FTC was even worse at +12%!

This was expected due to the crappy original method I was using and the coins w/ wide swings in daily diff. After quickly running through the new approach after just a day's data, FTC looks much better at just a 1% difference... DRK is still going to be problematic, but it looks to be underestimating by like 12% or so. I might have to revisit that one and come up with something unique for it... but I think it's at least better to be under than over.

I think mining VTC is still more profitable.
and I'm hoping the price of vert will jump a little when it switches algo later this year

Well, the overall degradation of VTC/DRK seems to be less overall than the LTC/FTC... but then again the mods do not get multiplied.... but then again, if you buy both types... eventually the multiplication will let you keep mining VTC/DRK.... but then again... i dunno...

The short answer probably is you earn more immediately with just the scrypt shares... but over time the dual mods might hold up to be more stable...

They do pop in and out of stock pretty frequently... my guess is it's partially contributed by people who are ordering and don't pay.. and they come back into stock after X amount of time.... at least part of it, because otherwise Bee is just sitting there adding them like 1 at a time 24hours a day.

Referral payouts (interval Sept 26 – Oct 1) will be sent Sunday, October 5, to accounts which have a BTC address.
To convert referral payment in shares, please visit your account page and select ‘Convert to shares’ under Referral payment (and press ‘Change’)

Probably doing it so people can change payout option to shares if they want.

Thanks for the nice calculator

I discovered ltcgear on hashtalk.. I'm currently out of gaw completely.. made good profits by converting some hardware miners to hashlets. I like ltcgear because of the no gimmicks approach (gaw is becoming a joke.. boost, double dip, etc. annoying as f*ck). I agree that the site is not very user friendly, but so far everything is working flawlessly. I'm also impressed by the fact that Chris replies very quickly when you write him an email.. for anyone that has ever opened a support ticket at gaw.. you know what i mean

I currently decided to stop buying shares, gone a bit crazy there.. but if I do I might consider using your affiliate link to show some love for your efforts!
