It would be interesting if it is Marshalls. IF this was based on wire fraud, it would be the FBI there unless there was some other crime committed that falls under the marshals. Exciting if they got raiding. Means the govt actually is taking action to deal with this. Hopefully other US "vendors" are on notice, I for one am hoping for an AMT and Josh Zipkin take down next.

I can only confirm that the original source is extremely reliable, not one to spread FUD, and, BTW, it wasn't I who leaked the info. His (is a guy, is all I'm saying) sources were probably just as reliable, being friends of his, and hopefully later learn are/were moles at Camp BFL.

BFL did everyone dirty.  I am not sure how they have stayed in business this long ?  Who is buying BFL hardware directly from them ?  I doubt we have seen the last of BFL, they are like zombies in a horror movie, they just wont' die.  You can shoot them, light them on fire, but they just keep coming.....

They likely won't either. Law enforcement seldom comments on ongoing investigations. EVEN if they did raid them, they would not tell anyone even the press...especially the press during the middle of the raid. At least not until they are ready to make a formal announcement. It would jeopardize all sorts of things in a prosecutors investigation. Being that there appear to be reliable leaks coming from this it did probably happen. Whether it was marshals or FBI (it seems more likely they would have as wire fraud is their area).
