Version 1132 released, changes as follow:
1,Max block size up to 2M, max transaction size also increased,
2, Transaction fees increased to 0.1 VPN,
3, Add coin freeze function, transaction's coins will freeze until the specified time has elapsed. (disabled)
4, Transaction message support UTF8 word,
5, Wallet interface add "BitNet Market" link button,
6, In order to ensure the security of the wallet network, interest increased to 1.314% per year,
    We create an improved PoS algorithm, each block reward 10 VPN (Incoming tx's amount must >= 1000VPN), increase user's interest to run wallet app.
7, Auto-complete pages a reward(website tip, website pay), limit up to 100000VPN,
8, supports the wallet file set to an arbitrary position (for example arguments -wallet = x: \ yy \ zzz.dat),
9, Transactions history GUI add transaction Message list for viewing transaction message.
10, Fix "getinfo" rpc command, total amount minus 600 million already burning coins.

This is a mandatory update, it will take effect at block number 525600.

Upgraded, but noone uses my vpn connection since I guess they are using the old version

Right can anyone help, I am stuck on wallet 1.1.3.1 I have tried downloading further wallets but all that happens is a cmd box pops up and then disappears  aand thats all that happens I would just put my coins in an exchange but I havent been able to sync for months
