I do not believe the coin will ever recover. Mchrono, his team (if exists) and Terpin himself are too slow for a market like cryptocurrencies.
I wonder how ICO funds have been spent.

They are still improving things and they are not in for the short term.  I'm very confident there will be a big announcement soon

I personally think Mchrono should place buy walls at the ICO price on those exchanges so that he can refund people.
