I am really happy to see the coin doing well but is there some possible way to recover the older coins? I was unable to retrieve my old whitecoins due to a faulty laptop until just now. I had around half a million of them.

Please help if at all possible. I spent a lot of time mining them when it was originally released.

I have replied to your PM, but for transparency:

Sorry but there really isn't anything that can be done to swap them.

We'd love to be able to help you out but the excess coins were burned, primarily to maintain our integrity and not have a big pile of 'un-allocated coins' at our disposal.

This also prevents any late comers from swapping out old coins.

I'm sorry that we're unable to help you out and we do understand that it is 'a bit shit' but partly the coin swap was done out of necessity and forced upon us to make the best decision possible at the time.

Yes, the swap was primarily done through Bittrex... All legacy XWC were auto swapped to the now XWC which were on Bittrex
