easy way - distribution list mintpal was 17mio before now it is nearly empty.
1.3mio left and nobody with a brain would dump them to 25 if he has paid for it.

in this moment stake=0
return my white coin when my wallet in sync?

 if i understand you correctly - yes but it may take a while (after it has synched)  

  there is a command that you can use to prevent this from happening again. it is reservebalance [<reserve> [amount]]. i'm not sure how to use it, someone else may let us know!
