While the price on localbitcoins is 5-10% higher, the profit you can get from the arbitrage is lower due to the different types of fees. Also, you probably won't get much business on localbitcoins until you have built a good trade history.

The price can vary across many exchanges with localbitcoin buy and sell prices are set by the peers.
