worst part of having this kind of error is that the payout plus the bet will be sacrificed, if your lucky enough, depending on admins mood, you will lose 80 percent of your Betting BTC actually by having only a refund.
to end up losing everything including your own Betting BTC is unacceptable if your the winner of the gamble.
i deserve to have the full refund as requested for having a bet that happen on the times before the rules of deadlines exist. on that time ofcourse, we didnt have the agreement that i will not be having any refund if i submitted to request for it at deadline. you were ask by me personaly to keep your word to the rule you made to return the btc if the cause of the error was your system itself.
