we are sorry that we had a problem on system today.
as soon as we found the problem, we fix it soon.
so, everyone may not know.
but one client's 5 transaction is made a incorrect result, because A beting time is later than time that client want to.
those 5 transaction might be win or lose. but all was lose.
we have not been asked by the client.
but we decided that we return payout the double times amount at this time.
cf) we will return only betting amount after now.

we will raise the maximum betting amount from 0.1 btc to 0.2btc at 18th.oct Saturday am 09:00 (GMT).
so, available betting amount is became 0.0005 ~ 0.02 btc.
and that time, We wlll also change payback(0.00007) that is given when you lose .
payback(0.00007btc) will send only above of 0.01 betting amount .
which is to decrease miner fee(0.0001) in small amount transaction.
we thought that by decreasing even such a cost , we can raise the reward rate.

I think you should have a table that lists the price for every interval when the price has changed; I am not sure that your platform updates every second "on the second", but a simple table could show me this data and prove/verify the price data that is shown on the chart. I would have liked to know exactly when the price changed, as this would make your platform "more provably fair". If you had a table that recorded the price changes and showed all of the price values and update times for the last 10 minutes, at least for BTC/USD, it would be very helpful for resolving potential disputes. It would make all bets verifiable to some extent. Thanks! I like your platform even more now that I have made some trades.  |

refunding of our system is all automatic. but on the problem, we become know a determined time when deposited. so, we can't know if a predetermined time is passed automatically. but we will refund as soon as the problem is happened. we will fix it as soon as possible. sorry for your inconvenience. thank you. |

About the problem.... I'm not sure what is going on (so correct me if I'm off base here), but your server has to connect to your wallets somehow, correct? So, if your server is not connected to the network when a transaction occurs, when it reconnects, it should calculate how much time has elapse, and if there is an unacceptable time gap, all new transactions should be rejected right then and there. So before every trade should begin, the calculation is made, and the code either grants or denies the the trade. This would be an effective solution.
