About the problem.... I'm not sure what is going on (so correct me if I'm off base here), but your server has to connect to your wallets somehow, correct? So, if your server is not connected to the network when a transaction occurs, when it reconnects, it should calculate how much time has elapse, and if there is an unacceptable time gap, all new transactions should be rejected right then and there. So before every trade should begin, the calculation is made, and the code either grants or denies the the trade. This would be an effective solution.

100÷54=1.851851851851852
house  edge is 0.185185...%.
100÷54.1=1.848428835489834
House edge is -0.16...%
But  if winrate is  different, house  edge can differ
Our winrate  has been  between 52.8% and 56% 
So, we think that  our house edge is 0.1%.

My calculation was very simple.

I see binary as a 50/50 chance. Maybe there are exceptions, but I think that is only for very skilled binary traders. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's my idea of binary trading. In this case your site pays (at this moment) 1.85 - which is high comparing to other binary trade sites and I like that - (thumbs up).

So assuming it is 50/50 - when the house pays 1.85, the house wins 15 on every 200 stakes. 7.5% edge.

When you go to 1.80 payout it will be 10%.

But I think you (as the house) have far more experience with the actual outcomes of all the trades that players/traders make. I never knew the win rate was ~54%. It is higher than I expected.

There are two, equally likely options, which can be chosen, making the winrate 50%.

You are just fabricating this 54% winrate to make it look like a miniscule house edge, but in reality, your house edge is (1- (1.8*50/100 + 0*50/100)) = 10%

I'd say advertising your house edge as one hundredth of what it really is is really bad practice..
