It's almost always possible to hide a premine perfectly. ie, a perfectly hidden premine you can't spot from a block explorer or code. The only way you can spot it is to be there at launch watching for a long chain of orphans |

To the people asking when it is relaunching...IT IS NOT.
the coin is already out and working and is trading on c-cex.
I assume this was some random person trying to initiate a community takeover but it appears the original dev is still around.
