What is the easiest and fastest way to convert BTC to USD and then have the USD sent to a bank or PayPal?

I'm only moving 1.5 BTC.

I have a BTC-e account, I'm just wondering if this is the best method?  They charge 7% to move via PayPal.

How about trying localbitcoins? There are many services out there but by far, localbitcoins is the best (based on my experience). Btw, where are you from?

Coinbase is probably the easiest once you have it set up, works just like paypal.  You start a sell, and the money goes to your bank acct in a few business days.  If you want to deal in cash, try localbitcoins
