So that's why the price suddenly rise. Bought some just now, looks interesting. POSA3 has been completed and ready for testing and audit starting Wednesday. POSA3 is Cloakcoin's superior anonymous proof of stake platform that using onion routing and Cloakcoin's proprietary Cloackshield algorithm to "cloak" senders of Cloak. This is a fundamental step in creating a secure anonymous cryptocoin for use in the Onemarket marketplace. This is all done without the use of masternodes, thus providing a higher level of security while being truly trustless. From what I can gather :} new POSA3 is insane we will see a big jump in trade tonight

Dear Cloak Community, It is with great sadness that we announce that development of PoSA3 has today come to an end. We will no longer be continuing to slave and toil, night and day in order to deliver a no-bullshit, trustless, anonymous Cryptocurrency to the Cloak Community. Development has ceased because...
PoSA3 is FINISHED!!!!
The transition from 'Alty' Coin to 'Alt' Coin is now complete Land ahoy! Avast ye doubters! After much internal tweaking, revising and testing, Team Cloak is proud to announce that The Man from DelMonte has said 'Yes' and PoSA3 is ready for Prime-time! Team Cloak is currently hard at work packaging up our Release Candidate #1 for public release.
Final public testing will go-live on:
Wednesday July 15th 2015 19:00 GMT
We are also in the process of a security audit of the PoSA system, which will commence as soon as Release Candidate #1 is released and the results will be published publicly. We're very confident of the security of PoSA3, but feel an audit using a trusted third party would be very beneficial for both our own peace of mind and yours. As always, we will be completely open about the results of the audit. Rest assured that any potential issues highlighted will be addressed alongside the release of the audit! Not that we expect to have any issues. We have been working hard to deliver on the promises of the original team that got us all so excited in the beginning, and we hope our continued openness and honesty goes some way to turning the tide from the previous scams that have left so many cryptocurrency enthusiasts crestfallen and heartbroken. It feels as though the days of monster premines, bullshit IPOs and lofty promises is finally coming to an end. After losing a small fortune, every sensible crypto enthusiast has sold off his bag of wtf-is-this-shit (WITS) coins and invested in a decent shitcoin detector. It has been a long and at times arduous journey, as we worked to regain the trust of the Cloak Community after taking over what looked to be a project with little hope for the future. Many of you will have been here from the beginning, through the highs and lows on the Cloak rollercoaster until it finally derailed in August of last year, leaving many of us battered and bruised. Cashmen (we love you man!) took it upon himself to step in and lead Cloak forward, assembling a team of honest and likeminded people to help Cloak realise its true potential and step away from its Cloak & Dagger past. The previous team kindly handed over the existing codebase to us, who were under the impression that PoSA3 was already complete and just needed a few tweaks and bugfixes (LOL, WTF, ROFLCOPTER). As many of you will be aware, that wasn't the case. We were left with a predicament - do we try and salvage the existing PoSA3 code, or do we re-imagine it from scratch? We decided on the latter option. The initial PoSA3 whitepaper we received from the original Cloak team proposed using Cryptonote style Ring-Signatures (favoured by Monero and Bytecoin etc.), which we spent some time investigating. After much careful thought, we decided a bespoke, decentralized off-blockchain mixing service was the best solution for Cloak. PoSA3 meets all our initial requirements by providing a trustless, anonymous transaction system that also rewards users who assist other users in carrying out secure transactions. We have also been very mindful of avoiding a hard fork for this initial release to ensure things go as smoothly as possible as we transition to PoSA3. Great care has been taken to design PoSA3 in a way that facilitates future updates to the core technology without any headaches. This allows us to implement additional features such as Ring-Signature support in future, while still retaining the core underlying security advantages of the current PoSA3 trustless mixing system. We've also been very mindful of OneMarket and how it will need to interact with the PoSA3 system in future. We have some fabulous plans for the future which we'll share with you all in due course. We prefer to provide you with top class technology in a reasonable time, rather than bloating the wallet with useless gimmicks to facilitate market manipulators, so we are continuing to focus the majority of our attention on PoSA3 until it's publicly in use on the 'live' Cloak network. Once PoSA3 is live, there will be a hard-fork to update the PoS (Proof-of-Stake) algorithm so that it better compliments PoSA3. This will be a bespoke PoS algorithm, designed exclusively for Cloak, which will provide extra staking interest to those participating in PoSA transactions (either as Sender or Cloaker). We still have to run some numbers in relation to potential staking increases, but we believe this will go a long way towards (or even fully cover) the PoSA transaction fees used to reward Cloakers, essentially making PoSA transactions free to perform, while still amply rewarding those assisting in 'Cloaking' a transaction. We believe this is integral to allowing Cloak to transition into a fully self-contained, decentralized digital ecosystem. Rest assured, we'll make all our crypto dreams come true, it just may occasionally take a little longer than you'd like We'll continue to keep you updated regularly and encourage the community to jump in whenever possible. We're still dreaming of a world based on cooperation rather than competition and we believe we can create it if we continue to work together as brothers and sisters. Like you, we saw the original potential in Cloak as both a force for freedom and a force for good. We're doing this because we believe in it. The funding pots dried up long before we took over, so this continues to be a labour of love for us. The Cloak Community have become fast friends, unencumbered by lies and infighting. This is a brotherhood, and together we can change the world!
Smacked down and trampled on like a dog. But you didn't lay down and die. You got up and fought! Respect.
